Healthy Child Programme
The Healthy Child Programme is for those aged 0 - 19 years old and is a NHS service that works to improve health and wellbeing outcomes and reduce inequalities for children, young people and families. This service covers a wide area of provision including Health Visiting, School Nursing, provision for families who may need intensive support and an integrated model of public nursing from pre-birth to 19 years old.

SilverCloud
SilverCloud is a free NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Service (IAPT). Young people aged 16 years and above who are registered with a GP in Telford and Wrekin and not currently being seen by another mental health team can self-refer to this service. SilverCloud is an online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programme tailored to you and your needs. The programmes consist of seven to eight modules for you to complete at your own pace and in your own time. The goal of each module is for you to take the information and techniques learned and to start applying them in your day-to-day life.
Telford and Wrekin IAPT is not a crisis service. If you need immediate assistance please contact your GP or the emergency services.
