Kooth is an free online support and counselling app, full of useful information including personal experiences written by young people. You can write about your own experiences, likes and dislikes, hobbies and more through your online journal.
Kooth is a great way to join in on conversations with other young people around topics such as anxiety, hobbies and relationship advice.

Recharge Telford
Recharge is a trauma informed support service for 12 - 21 year olds who are overcoming issues involving addiction and those living in a household with a family member with an addiction. This free service can be accessed directly by young people and parents and offers recovery support mutual aid group, therapeutic art, one to one counselling and a variety of activities such as fishing and music.

Resolve@
Resolve@ is an emotional health and wellbeing service for young people aged 8 - 18 based in Wellington.
Their team is made up of experienced wellbeing practitioners who work in a person-centred way.
Resolve@ work with young people who have experienced domestic violence or abuse.

Telford Stars are a free and confidential service for all children and young people aged 10-18years. Telford Stars offer an open access aswell as an outreach service, they can offer support through a variety of different ways.

The Holly Project
The Holly Project is a free, independent support service for the survivors of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and their families, run by CSE survivors. The Holly Project offers a safe space for young people to support them with practical, lived support with understanding and empathy.
